yes yes Some high standard web sites are paid more than $ 50 per a click. Because they have a high traffic, Page rank more than 7, Good content etc...

Eg:- Mesothelioma information sites, Insurance, Lawyers sites etc.. have high paying ads.

This is the case to popular adsense in world wide. Some web masters have a income more than $ 10000 in adsense.
