Kacking machang web sites walin igena ganna baha.... Mulinma programming languages 2k withara hodata igena ganna. Then web technologies gana igena ganna. eetath passe RFC (http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc.html) documents kiyawanna. Then only you can become an elite hacker.

Other than that, there are free softwares in the web. But they will make you only a script kiddie. Not a real hacker. :)
