u cant open an paypal acnt wth a sri lankan debit card it gets rejected. U need a credit card for that

nah machan the thng is wth our banks debit card system. I had a comercial bank and seyalan debit visa cards bth wer rejectd by the paypal bcoz it wasnt authorised frm our banks. So had to use a credit card to register

Personal Account , Premier Account or Business Account

use the personal account. they will charge an amnt of 2.69 usd for the verification of ur country and card.

until ur verified ull get an payment limit of 100 usd.
