Oh yeah this has an AutoManual transmission.
The N = Neutral
R= Reverse
A= Automatic
but if you leave it in the middle it's like having a manual shift with a auto clutch. - is to shift low and + to shift up.
This comes handy if you are racing someone. My car has it so I use it when I'm eating Hondas (and other stupid enough to race me) ;) but when there's traffic I shift to auto and cruise.
