What is the best download accelerator? [Archive]

I tried different types of download managers but none work like they recommend themselves in their ads! I tried Download Accelerator Plus and it was very disappointing and turned out to be a money-making machine than a freeware. For the timebeing i am using Free Internet Download Manager. And it's full of shit too.:rolleyes:

So guys, can u recommend me a better download manager????:D

i downloaded this file. but i don't know how to extract it from .efw format. i used winzip but i can't take the goods out. what should i do?:confused:

I have tried most of the DL accelerators, out of them IDM is the best,, bcoz it support connection threads reusing feature.

I prefer IDM. I used DAP but sometimes it gets stuck in da middle when I download something.
