In this tutorial you will see how to import an rm file into Sony Vegas.

RM format (http://www.iorgsoft.com/article/rm-rmvb/rm-to-sony-vegas-converter/)is created by RealNetworks to stream multimedia content over the Internet. Real Media rm features a rather small size compared with the Windows Media Format wmv and avi. However, due to competition between Microsoft and Real Networks, Windows Media Player does not support Real Media video files and rm files can’t be edited directly on windows-based video editing suites like sony vegas and windows movie maker.
Question:Sony Vegas 9 will not import rm files.

This is a problem, I want good effects but Vegas wont accept my .rm files. I just want to use it on Vegas 9.0, help please!

So what would be the simplest process if I had a .rm file and wanted to edit it in sony vegas? Is there anyway to import RM files into Sony Vegas?

Sony Vegas only supports some special video formats, like avi, wmv, mp4(H.264/AVC video codec, AAC audio codec) or MPEG2 well, if you have videos with .rm extension, you need a right converter to convert your RM videos to a format sony vegas can edit, then you can import it into sony vegas.

Here is a video converter that is capable of converting rm files to avi or wmv. In RM to Sony Vegas Converter (http://www.iorgsoft.com/article/rm-rmvb/rm-to-sony-vegas-converter/)you can convert your favourite rm movie files to vegas editable avi,divx,xvid,wmv,mp4 easily and quickly! It features superb video & audio quality and fastest conversion speed. Intuitive interface and very easy to use. If Sony Vegas does not accept your rm files, you will need the RM to Sony Vegas Converter.

You can cut, crop, trim RM files, add effects to your RM files, merge/join/combine several RM files into a large one, split RM files into small sections, set the output parameters for your RM files etc using rm to sony vegas converter (http://www.iorgsoft.com/article/rm-rmvb/rm-to-sony-vegas-converter/).

This tutorial shows you how to put a video clip edited with Sony Vegas on iPhone. (http://www.iorgsoft.com/article/video/sony-vegas-to-iphone-converter/)

I have finished a video using Sony Vegas pro 8. One thing I want to do is transfer it to my new i-phone 3G but it is not letting me sync vegas video clips: It says the format is not supported.
Sony Vegas will not export an iphone synchable 640x480 video because it just doesn't use the right codec at all. IPod/iPhone only accept H.264 (up to 320*240, 768kbps, 30fps), MPEG-4 (up to 480*480, 2500kbps, 30fps). In other words, you can turn your Vegas project file into a .H.264/mp4 etc. and then import that into iphone.

To put some edited vegas projects on your iphone you need a right Video Converter. Among many program I've tried, the only one making this process easy is Sony Vegas to IPhone Converter.

Sony Vegas to IPhone Converter (http://www.iorgsoft.com/Video-Converter/) is a brand-new application for converting videos. Within literally a couple of seconds, you will be able to convert your sony vegas video to iphone synchable h.264/mp4 video.

This Sony Vegas to IPhone Converter (http://www.iorgsoft.com/article/video/sony-vegas-to-iphone-converter/)includes a handful of editing functions which lets you cut, crop, trim vegas files, add effects to your vegas files, merge vegas files into a large one, split vegas files, set the output parameters for your vegas files etc.
