Installing Windows Vista...

Windows Vista Install karanna oni aduma ida kochcharada?...Microsoft la kiyana ida newei...ombala kochchara adu idaka install karala thiyanawada..?

7-8 GB would be fine. But it depends on the type of installation like premium or business or home basic...etc.

Why so worried about this. Dont rely on the minimum space. I'd recomend like 20GB+ for Vista partition.
why => as you keep using there will be other temporary installation files kept, windows update files are kept. IE cache & everything gets bigger in size. So its always better to keep extra space.

If you're just goin to test Vista then 7-8 Gb would be enough :) :)

I have installed Vista x64 on a 100 GB partition.Its because i have installed almost all of my Software on that partition.:P

here are all the requirements for vista ultimate:)

minimum>>>
8000mhz processor
512 ram
15GB hard
dvd rom

i intalled it with 512 ram the pc takes atleast 10 minutes to boot up
so if your with 512 ram better not;)

i think its only 2.4 Ghz
