only way i know is through yahoo messenger. But thats only a computer to computer call.

may b the others know a way:)

there r some inet calling softwares which gives u to call some countries for free.
im using voip cheap.it gives u free calls in japan n free for au's land lines
try it out.n for sri lanka its cheaper than yahoo
