i think slt adsl is better but only 50-64 kbps on 512 line and unlimited downloads. in other connection are speeder than adsl but after fup very slow than adsl...if you want to get adsl at least you should wait 3 weeks.and the cost for 512kbps=rs.1800 per month .i recommend dialog if you don't reach 5Gb or 8gb(i can't remember exactly ) per month.mobitel also better.

SLT ADSL good. But mind you download speed below 35 kbps at noon and after 8.00pm its rise to under 55 kbps. ( I mean arond Colombo ). I think Mobitel is better but initial cost comparasively in high.

if you are not going more than 7gb then go with a dialog dongle. connetion is really stable and fast. but of you are downloading high amount of data ADSL is the one. home express is 512kbos n if you want you can get 1M line somewhere around 2500.

Mobitel provides fast access but they have issues like signal drops in many places
but apart from that mobitel is gud
Dialog is as gud as mobitel but comes with FUP
Airtel i've no idea some say it's gud some say not think that depends on signal strenghth as well but they don't have much of a coverage
finally
if u r prepared for unlimited downloads and hours of surfing though the speed sux a bit SLT is the best option
