simply type "&fmt=18" (without the " ) after da link

Eg
If the Link of the Vid dat ur gonna watch is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27mb_AyzGyQ

u simply have to type this &fmt=18 after the link lyk this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27mb_AyzGyQ&fmt=18
see da Difference 4 your self

I don't know their purpose. But they are not HD though :) :D

and for firefox its &fmt=18
