Majjhima Nikaya - Volume II consisting of fifty (50) middle length discourses of Lord Buddha and translated in to simple Sinhalese by Ven Kiribathgod Gnanananda Thero, is scheduled to be released on the Vesak Poya Day i.e. beginning of B.E. 2552.

This volume does consist of many beautiful and important sutra deshanas, specially related to the incidents connected to the lives of special characters of the Gautama Sambuddha sasana, such as: Jeevaka, Upali, Abhayarajakumara, Vachchagotta, Subha, Sangarawa, Rattapala Thero and Angulimala Thero.
