I'm Roshan Tharanga Abeywickrama (NID- 833372297v), an Undergraduate
of University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC). This is about my
cousin. Following is a kind request made by her Father.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is about my daughter, Miss Madusha Hasini Abeywickrama , 19 year
old school girl studying at Sujatha College, Mathara. She got through
her Ordinary Level with 10 A s & now studying for her Advanced Level
in Mathematics scheme.
Unfortunately she is suffering from a heart problem and needs urgent
implantation of an ICD (SIM-Atlas VR+) to prevent sudden cardiac
death due to recurrent attacks of ventricular tachycardia. Medical
costs are extremely expensive .The cost of the ICD is Rs. 1,230,000(
Rs.1.23 million).
We are seeking help, on this as we are incapable of finding the funds
on our own. We have opened an account for her on this matter at
Sampath Bank, Borella Branch- A/C 1004 5310 0081. If any of you can
please contribute towards this.
Also expecting at least u will forward this mail to all you know in
the world, as anyone who sees this might help for this purpose.
