It seems that Marvan is included in the ODI squad but not in the test squad.
Marvan is good at openning. But not at the middle order. Selectors shout giv a chance to Chamara Kapugedara. The same question with Malinga Bandara. Thouh he picked over 15 wkts in the VB series he's out from da side, and Dilhara is in.

They didn't chose Marvan into the Test squad because they think he's still not fit enough to play for five days of cricket after his injury. I actually like to see him bat at the middle order, because he has the ability to bat under pressure. It's pretty hard to get the position of opening these days, when Tharanga and Sana are in fiery form.

well, about dilhara, I don't know why the selectors are still keeping him. He's no good. I also agree kapu and malinga bandara should get a chance, by the way kapu's from my school, Dharmaraja college, kandy.

Ha! Ha! that's the secret.

Malintha Warnapura should be ahead of Kapugedara. scored 86 and 149* in Duleep trophy final against North State of India. also a hady medium pacer/off spinner and a brilliant fielder. Has a better technique than Kapugedara to play seam bowling
