How to install phpBB template:

Download the file
Unzip it and upload the ‘ndesign’ folder to your phpBB forum template folder (ie. forum/templates/ndesign)
Login as administrator, go to Styles Administration, click on Add
Then you should see my template, ndesign, click on Install
