Hey, I don't think it was Vista. When I restored an XP image, still the profile was corrupted. I remember exiting NFSC with Alt+F4 and this could have corrupted it. Now I backup my profile every now and then.

And also, I have been playing the Challenge mode lately because I was a bit bored to drive cars that don't go fast. Anyway, now I have started playing the career mode. Took down the first boss (that Chinese guy) couple of hours ago.

Yup. Handling. The best car for me in Underground was RX7. Because I drove with manual transmission and the bastard could go to 300kmph with only 4 gears!!! I didn't even have to switch to 5th and 6th was also there. It was an amazing feeling when you drove the RX7 manually, with the RPM reaching the red (danger) area. The noise was such a :love: :love: Skyline on the other hand wasn't sounding nice, so manual transmission echchara angata danune nee. Automatic transmission was ok.

ohoo sum1 is a good driver;) yeh its fast but skyline (and civic in the opening stages) are heavier so 4 me I can handle that well. RX7 is fast........but furious lol:D

The biggest problem I had with NFS4 was that I couldn't run it on XP. The crack wasn't compatible. Graphics was better than NFS3.

Yes man i agree, I think it was the best simulator-career style car game i've played among all the NFS series. Specially the factory driver mode rocks. Compared to it, NFS6 and NFSU2 is crap, but NFSU was revolutionary. NFS MW was cool.

I played all, but havnt played carbon yet, i bought the cd on launched day, even installed it on my pc, but my onboard graphics are not much capable, so i'm waiting for a vga card.

This is wrong. It can only happen if you feed too much voltage in.

For example, the 2.13GHz Core2Duo is an "overclocked" Core2Duo 1.86GHz. So you are saying the former will live a shorter life than the latter? :confused:

Or, 7600GT is an overclocked 7600GS. So you are saying 7600GS will live longer?:confused:

If any part overheats regardless of whether is it overclocked or even underclocked, it will die eventually. If you don't play with the voltages, it is 100% safe.

Yes, RX-8, hav to use that vinyl coz others are locked.

AA 2x, didnt try over 1024x768, I'll try.

Is that so? I used the Corvette Z06 until cars with better handling got unlocked. After that I stick with the Skyline, which is what I've shown in my post here.
