it's not a problem in Router or SLT :no: . I also face this happen. Finally i got the correct answer from my experience. This happen is come when the power or the rate of currents too low. every day around 6.30 - 9.00 PM, My router is disconnected frequently and drop the line.
So the main problem is our poor electricity supply, Not the router or SLT. :(

bro, u must have done this so many times, for the one last time plz tell me hot to do this shit. now i'm so fed up doing this so many times and negative results.

i got this planet ade-3100 router, single port.

i did that port forwarder.com tutorial as it is.
but when it comes to create a static ip, every thing goes wrong. each time i change the tcp setting, my connection lost.

this router uses proxy ip.
ip is 10.0.0.9

how should i fill that virtual setting,

Hi,

you need to log into the router config menu by typing
http://10.0.0.2 on the internet browser address.
enter default user "admin"
password "epicrouter"

find the Miscellaneous configuration settings (check every menu item, if you cant find it)

goto DMZ and enable it
enter your LAN side host ip (in your case it is 10.0.0.9) double check to confirm
and click submit button to save your settings and go back to main menu

thats all mate

to check everything is ok, goto an internet cafe and type your WAN IP/ISP given IP address (82.102.83.222) from there. this should take you straightaway to your home pc. instead of the router config menu (if your pc is turned on and running IIS web server or similar server side services)

basically port forwarding simply bypass your router and brings all incoming traffic straight to your PC
so now any torrent site can directly see and access your PC


read the manual for ADE-3100 here and check page 49 for dmz

make sure you are using the original power adaptor which came with the router. i had the same problem with using an IP Camera with wrong power adaptor (it connects and everything but picture doesn't show)

I am using d-Link 524T Adsl 4 port Router..
It was Good and Works Nicely Last 2 years
but suddenly last sunday my adsl connection doesnt start up...

I ve Check Everything and But Nothing Wrong in my connection..

"Please remove all phones, faxes etc from phone sockets in the house, and only have the modem plugged into a single phone socket, then reconnect to the network, and see if the slow speed issue has been resolved?

It seems your ADSL connection is dropouts, have you check with a second modem on your line or have you swap your modem with a different location?

In that way you can identify if it is a fault with a modem or fault with the line.

I can guess its a modem problem.

In regard to your ADSL line speed, there is nothing can do about it,

Because there are several factors that could affect the broadband speed, for example distance of your premises from the exchange, quality of your copper line and it also depend on if you have any other voice service on that copper line that could deteriote the line speed.
