Disclaimer: I don’t bear if any of these methods don’t work for you. But it worked for me. So I believe you can get a good result as well.

Actually, there is nothing to be surprised of. There are dozens of website in the internet who offers you this service. But I am going to teach you the best and the shortest way which I can GUARANTEE this is going to work.
I’ll put the steps into points.
Create a free short subdomain.(Actually this subdomain works just as a domain. You can change DNS, CNAME, TXT records there.)
http://www.co.cc/
Do you see a text box? Enter the desired name of your website. Let’s see I want to get the domain name, “myname.co.cc”. So I type only “supun” there. Nothing else. The script puts “co.cc” after your name itself (So it is “supun.co.cc”). Click on “Check availability” button.
If that domain is already registered, you’ll get a warning message, “www.supun.co.cc (http://www.supun.co.cc) is already registered.”
That’s sad. :( Try another name. Let’s say “supun19”. Try it.
Oh! Here comes the message- “www.supun19.co.cc (http://www.supun19.co.cc) is available. 1 year domain registration for 0$.”
It means you can continue with the registration. Click on the “Continue to registration” button.
Then it asks for your Email address and password. (It’s for registered users. ) Skip login and click on the “Create an account now >>“
Provide the details carefully and accurately. Tick the “I accept the Terms of Service” checkbox and click on the “Create an account now “ button.
Sign-in page appears. Enter the login details you set in the last step(Registration).
Enter the captcha code. (It’s for avoiding bots.)
Click on “Sign In“ button.
You’ll get a message, “Your new domain has been successfully registered.”
Means, now you have that domain now.
Click on “Set up“ button.
New screen will appear. Click on “Please domain setup now”
Select “1. Name Server“
Set the Name Server 1 as ns1.perfectz.info and Name Server 2 as ns2.perfectz.info.
So it will look like following.
Name Server 1 : ns1.perfectz.info
Name Server 2 : ns2.perfectz.info
Ignore the “Apply this setting to all the domains registered in the future.” It’s an optional value.
Click on “Set up“ button.
You’ll get a message saying, “Your change has been submitted.” Click OK.
2. Now you have your own domain name which has Full DNS support. And also it’s for free! The next step is to Sign up for a hosting account which is used to bring your website online. Hosting account is the place which keeps your data online in the 24 hours a day, 31 days a month, 365 days a year. :lol::P
3. Let’s register for a hosting account in PerfectZ.iNfo (http://perfectz.info) which provide you the best ever cPanel experience with premium and unlimited features just like a paid hosting.(yes. yes. It's mine. It's Sri Lankan. ;)) Did I mention you, “just like a paid hosting”? What does that mean?
It means that PerfectZ.iNfo service is FREE! :) Fascinating! Huh?
I’ll teach you the steps.
Go to http://perfectz.info/packages.php to choose a package for you. If you are a beginner, the best package for you is the “Basic Package” which provides you 700MB space and 10,000MB(10GB) of bandwidth just for a link-back.
If you are an advanced user and want a big space/bandwidth, you can choose either “Advanced package” or “Extreme package”. They both requires forum posting in PerfectZ forum. But until you complete the posts requirement, you can use the “Basic Package”. So we will continue with it.
Click on the “Order button”.
You will now taken to the Billing area of PerfectZ.iNfo.
You can see a combo box which has “Domain” and “Subdomain” options. You need to select the “Domain” as you already have a domain name with co.cc.
Find the “Basic package” And click on the “Order” Button.
Now you’ll be taken to the TOS(Terms of Services) page.
Read it carefully. If you cannot accept, please close the window and look for another host.
Now I assume you agree to the TOS.
Check the “I accept the agreement” and click on “Next”.
The form asks for your personal details to verify you are a human and really in need of a free web hosting account. Provide your actual information there. Otherwise your sign up will be declined.
Click on the “Next” button.
Now it asks for your domain name. Enter the domain name you registered at co.cc. In my point, I am going to use, “www.supun19.co.cc” (http://www.supun19.co.cc%E2%80%9D). Click next and it will show a window which loads a progress bar. Don’t close the window till it’s completed.
You’ll get a message, “Your account is awaiting Admin validation”. You are now almost done!
Check your email for the confirmation email. Read it carefully. It says the steps you need to complete before using of your account.
Donate PerfectZ.iNfo: http://perfectz.info/donate.php (http://perfectz.info/donate.php) to upgrade your account to the “Extreme package” forever with no posting required ever.
Be patient while PerfectZ.iNfo validates your account.
After that, you’ll receive another Email saying your account is approved! And also it contains some other valuable information you will need.
It takes some time to propagate DNS. So wait about 48-72 hours.
Now your account is accessible by every person in the world!
Now you can access your cPanel and upload your website and then it’s catchable by everyone! Isn’t it awesome? :cool:
*Note: If you are beginner to HTML, goto www.w3schools.com (http://www.w3schools.com) and learn some few HTML. Or download Dreamweaver and get some knowledge while you use it. HTML is very easy to learn. You’ll be an Advanced user in no time. ;)
