Ive bought a nokia mobile battery from ebay ! but it dosnt work..... so i contact the seller and he promis me to send another one for me. So i send it back o him an he gets it after 3 weeks from the date i shipped! but ive allready open a case against the seller! so banz he ask for get back my minus feedback for him after i get the new battery!:baffled:

So banz when the battery arrived to the seller, my case is going to be end and ebay sent me a messege like this " It's getting close to the amount of time allowed to resolve a case. Your case will automatically close in 5 days."

So banz ive Respond to case & ive Escalate the case to eBay Customer Support and ask them what should i do if the new one also doesn't work ? and i want be able to ship it again..... cause i have to pay for the postage! :angry::angry::angry:

He resolve the case like this.....!

Ive bought a nokia mobile battery from ebay ! but it dosnt work..... so i contact the seller and he promis me to send another one for me. So i send it back o him an he gets it after 3 weeks from the date i shipped! but ive allready open a case against the seller! so banz he ask for get back my minus feedback for him after i get the new battery!:baffled:

So banz when the battery arrived to the seller, my case is going to be end and ebay sent me a messege like this " It's getting close to the amount of time allowed to resolve a case. Your case will automatically close in 5 days."

the best method is to see sellers feed & when in doubt contact the seller. ebay have improved their service. once I'v paid for an item & didn't receive it,after opening a case at resolution centre they refunded all my money+shipping for that specific shipment.

what I first wanted know was whether is it possible to use one paypal account for two ebay accounts. You said “yes” and also pointed out linking two ebay accounts to one paypal account is not possible!! Then I wanted to know how to receive money to both accounts? You beared the stance as can’t receive to second account!! But it is seems possible, need to find out further!! Perhaps to those are powesellers, to whom has been provided and allowed special arrangements! However this is still a dilemma to me!!

my questions were quite clear. but it seems you haven't understand them clearly. what's the point having ebay account if it cann't be used selling or buying purposes as anybody wish!
