A disabled Sri Lankan activists and the relatives of the Innocent civilians who were killed by the LTTE, demonstrating against the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) leader Velupillai Prabhakaran, burnt a 12 feet billboard featuring his image outside the Fort Railway Station in Colombo, yesterday 26 November 2006.

Prabakaran marked his 52nd birthday, which falls on 26 November. The movement called "November 26th Movement" organized the protest campaign around the country including major cities (Colombo- Fort, Nugegoda, Gampaha, Kandy, Kegalle, Galle) against LTTE Terrorist leader Velupillai Prabhakaran, and his so called hero's day speech on 27th November, under the title of "Petrifaction to the Murderer, Criminal & Devil on the 26th November".

The Terrorist Velupillai Prabhakaran has killed thousands of Sinhalese, Tamil and Muslim people. The innocent people who were made refugees and are suffering are millions. The number of war-heroes who sacrificed their lives in trying to save the country from this terrorist are more that 18,000. The number of lives and the property distracted by this terrorist are inestimable. How many lives and how much property and blood he snatched for fulfilling his lunatic purpose? Have you forgotten how he tore the heritage of the Sinhalese, in to pieces? You must have not forgotten how he killed – our priests at Aranthalawa, our school children at Maradana, our mothers, fathers and infants at Kebilitigollewa and how he exploded the Sacred Tooth Relic?
