Well... U can Implement a Good Virus with the help of this video.. im not gonna say u how but ill give u some tips.. ..


The System ShutDowns When this icon is double clicked... or in other words if its invoked.. well if u think of a way to pin it to the startup menu in its own self .. then u can make the system shutdown everytime the system starts ups.. hehehe... ela ney ...

I don;t think you need a virus for that,
there is a shutdown command built into windows,
usage is like that
go to run prompt and type

shutdown -s -t 1000
where -s is to shutdown the system if you want to restart use shutdown -r instead

you cannot abroad the shutdown in normal fashion once it's initiated that's why it appears like a virus.

you can use shutdown -a command to abroad the shutdown
