it's not bad machan.,, bt u can make that bit attractive...and those u placed in left side of the page isn't suit that much..place it bottom of the page...;try add some pictures for the fist page....,,

and also
what is the use of that google serch bar...,.people don't want to come to ur site and serch somthing in google....thay can do it by going to google.com..(don't think i'm beain ruud to u...)..remove that and use that for some other thing

overall it's a good effort...

Awlak naa macahn.but when u do ur next site pay some more attention to Fonts u r suing,Colours and of course proper spots to add google add links..awlak naa karagena yanakota hariyai.apith issara ohoma thamaa he he.good luck
