Please tell me how to convert Laptop IDE hard disk to PC HDD cable

i just saw this

I can get two sorts one is a pcb plugs into HD - has 40 pin ide on other side and a molex on a flylead. includes 2.5-3.5" mounting rails. Other sort is ide cable 40 pin one end (mobo) 44 pin other end (hd) again with molex flylead. Both £3 each + P & P from me to forum modders"

there is a IDE/LAPTOP HDD/CDROM --> USB converters to buy machan...i think abt Rs:2500;my frnd got one

Why dont u make the hard disk a portable one,buy an USB dock and plug the Laptop HDD,simple!:D
