There would be so many things...
Network,value added services,Customer service,Resolution time,Innovation etc...

Cant agree with GTRZ completely cuz there are so many places which dialog has covered and not a single network (Other)

I have 2 celtel sims 4 Hutch sims 2 mobitel sims 1 dialog sim

dialog is my number 1 choice but incoming only 1 min free so that not enough i'm not satisfy . other features are ok

mobitel ok but some times signal drops, unable to log to GPRS. smart 5 is cha but the connection which i use right now is bit ok... daily rental Rs 9 & totally incoming free. Out going Rs 9 & off peak 5

Hutch wont work even on a rainy day. but great plans available for couples. no GPRS but hello tune feature is there.
