I haven’t check the files so can’t say really what type it is.. (Someone who installed it, may share their experience here)
Normally it may be some skin and tools pack for Windows Vista Betas, or it may be some transform pack for Windows XP which will make it looks like Windows Vista. Just add this coz lot of ppl asking the question.

wel machan da tool pack..changes sum of ya sysmen files..u get a thing call a dock...its a animated tool bar(its sira)and shadows icons magnify when u double click on it ..wel it makes ur desktop animated wage...ela..but it makes ur comp a bit slow.but it doesnt effect much no pobs..
