Kaspersky 2009

Can anyone tell me how to update KIS2009 manually. Presently I have KIS 7 which I am doing it manually to avaid getting my key blacklisted. But has Kaspersky yet to introduce manual update for its 2009 version. If not tell me where to get it. Many thanks in advance:)
