Well I got it from a mail..... And, I haven't verified the authenticity of this, but if this is true its worth sharing... If anyone knows about it please comment on this!!!

here it goes....

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin number in reverse.

For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The ATM
recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you
placed in the machine. The machine will still give you the money you
requested, but unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately
dispatched to help you.

No.. According to this the ATM will still dispense the money for you!! All you have to do is take a little time so that Police can come to the scene!!!

But I dunno how practical this is with SL Police.... Cuz, they are not known for fast reactions!!!:yes: :yes: :yes: :yes:

That alone should tell you how reliable this is machan if you enter your pin number backwards the ATM is not supposed to issue money. Reverse pin # is not your pin #

Anyway this is another Hoax that's making the circles. Don't know what kind of retards come up with these
