This theme is a rip-off of “VistaVG Ultimate” theme by “Vishal Gupta” a MS MVP. http://www.askvg.com/vistavg-ultimate-theme-for-windows-xp/
VistaVG Ultimate theme is the best theme for XP which makes XP look-a-like Vista and Deskmundo has just changed the taskbar and shell style resource to make it similar to Windows 7 interface.

To install:

Install "UXTheme Multi-Patcher 6.0.exe" from "UX Theme Patcher" folder.
Double-click "Windows 7 M1 VS.msstyles" in "Theme\Windows 7 M1 VS" folder to install.
