Utorrent port forward

Can anyone tell me how to do the port forwarding with the kaspersky internet security 2009. I'm having a prob with port forwarding :(

When i enable the firewall on Kasper my torrent download speed getting 0Kbps. I enable Allow any activity mode but still having the same prob here Help Meeee :(
