onLoad="document.location.reload();"

Putting this parameter inside the body tag will refresh the page on every load!

If you need to refresh it once on load study Ajax or about cookie handling in Javascript!

Firefox, Opera all suck!
Am honest to IE with updates ON. No compatibility issues, cool ...etc

IE is the best web browser for the windows platform!

i don't know if you can do this with ajax. but you can overcome this by using a meta tag..... simply don't allow cashing...
