hey sru to use explicit words but...i have a ADSL connection and its net speed it damn slow respectively to others...and ma computer system breaks up atleast once a month and i have 2 format it.............and i think there is a connection between ma ADSL and PC.....any sugetions?????

How much slow?
What do you mean "breaks"? Software issue? Hardware issue? Random restarts?

Machan ...sum viruses is fucking with ma system..and sum times ma moniter is switching off automatically ....wen i download a file speed is 25kbsp to 50 kbsp..it isnt enough ryt?

The same happens to me. I was downloading some RAR files from Rapidshare in the morning @ 52 KBps, but now, at around 12.30, the download speed is just 17KBps.

Anyone have any idea as to what the problem is? Anusha?

First install a good virus guard.......is it 50KBps or 50kbps .......if it is 50 KBps then its fine for a 512k connection

Well machan... are you sure it is kbps.. or is it kBps? Well, under the assumption that you ave purchased the SLT Home package (512/128), theoritically you can go upto 62.5kBps of download speed.... But since (I assume you haven't purchased that 1000 package where the contention ratio is 1:1) the contention ratio is 1:40, the speed may lag a little... tht's about ADSL speed....

that is perfectly ok macho........@ noon speed generally gets lower

Dawal ta net speed adu wenne users la goday nisa... rata patta speed ne? Oka samanyen matath thiyenawa... dawalta youtube video ekak balanakota kadi kadi yanawa.. yata.. mara smooth.. no breaks.. ra kiwwe, 1 ta 2ta withara harida....
