If no one have archived considerable performance then their will be no awards for that time period. I am going to give prizes for the people who have really done something for the site. So offering the same prize for a less working person in a less working month is very unfair for the drop outs of hard working months.

But there mus be a period were u took to consideration. I'm not questioniung ur judgement machan, but when u announce the name of the winner, beter to rease the protocols u followed in choosing the winner so that transparency is kept

I guess u also have plans for life time awards too???
