Bluetooth Remote Control v 2.0 Release Candidate 4

Bluetooth Remote Control 2.0 RC4
* Repeat keys in keymaps. This is a very big improvement that allows the user to hold down keys and still e.g. increase/ decrease volume. All keymaps have been updated to reflect this.
* Mouse mode has been completely redesigned.
o Zoom in/out from phone.
o Enter text in phone and set it on pc.
o Simple editing on pc from phone with carriage return, clear key and space.
o Performance and usability improvements.
* Presentation mode stopping the computer from going into standby, hibernate and screensaver when holding presentations.
* Authenticate the Bluetooth phone - Denying un-trusted remote phones access to the PC.
* ERROR- BRC 2.0 RC3 could not close down properly in COM mode. The consequence for the user was several instances up and running which in some cases caused the connect to stop working.
* ERRPOR - OK button in system volume did not work.
