ලනකාවේ බොහෝ රාජ්ජ සේවකයබ්ට ඕවා පශ්නයක් නොවන්නේ සුදුසුකම් වලටා වඩා දෙහ්ස්පලන පත්වීම් ලැබිම නිසාවෙනි. වතුර ගිනියම් වනතුරු කකලුවා නටන්නක් මෙන් ඔවුන්ට පෝස්ටර් ගසා , ගොට්ට අලලා ලබාගත් රැකියාව විහිලුවක්මය." මොනා උනත් රස්සාව තියනවනේහ" කියමින් සතොස සේවලයන්න්ට උ සන්තසියම මොවුන්ට සිදුවන දිනය බොහෝ ලගය. ඒ මන්ද යත් සුදුසුකම් සලක බැලීමේදී කවරදාකවත් ඔවුන්ට රැකියාවක් සොයාගත් නොහැකිවීම නිසාය.
