මෙන්න මන් දාපු එක ,මේකම හරි දාපල්ල නම්බර් ,බිල් විස්තර එක්ක හරියට,
i'm a etisalt customer who use Etisalat 20GB - 550 Rental Data Package. connection number -(නම්බරේ ), i paid 1000 Rs as a deposit for the connection.so the credit limit was 1000 Rs for the connection and if the connection exceed that limit, the connection was disconnected,but they had increased the credit limit to 20000 Rs and now i got a bill more than බිල් එක Rs.they told me that they had some service upgrades because of that they couldn't give access to the usage meter.so they made it as it help to maintain the connection without disconnecting ,Then i asked them about disconnecting the sim,but they told that they can't disconnect the sim till i pay the money.without asking me they have increased the limit and now should i pay the money?i have seen that there are plenty of customers who got 19000 Rs ,8000 Rs bills complaining in online forums because of this Credit limit upgrade without asking the sim owners.I will try to forward them here as i can.Customer care telling that its my fault ,if i use that much i should pay, why should i deposit money for the connection at the beginning ,what is the meaning of credit limit,can they increase it as they want? and customers should pay what they want.As i think i should only pay the old credit limit as they should disconnect the line after that,thank you
