5=31313131310000000000 remove all the "3" digits and it will be like that

Unlock LG Mobiles

This is the latest software to Unlock LG mobile phones. No need to input IMEI . I unlocked my Viewty from Orange UK to any network, just use the data cable that came with your phone, run the software and follow the instructions. It also says you can change the IMEI number if you want to, but I had no need to try it.
