බොරු බන්, හරි හමන් trainer කෙනෙක් එහෙම කියන්නේ නැහැ. මගේ result එක මිට වඩා ගොඩක් හොඳ වෙනවා මචන් එහෙම කළා නම්. සල්ලි යන්නෙත් නැහැ එච්චර උඹේ muscle එක වැඩි වෙන්න වෙන්න උඹේ resting metabolism එක වැඩි වෙනවා එතකොට නිකන් ඉද්දි උඹ තෙල් පුච්චනවා.

මම රෑට නම් කන්නේ නැ බත් මචන් එත් ඉතින් දවල්ට හොදියි බතුයි තමා. වේල් තුනටම ගන්නවා නම් පොඩ්ඩක් අඩුවෙන් කාපන්.
