And for your anger management, usually if you getting anger while walking, quickly sit down on a chair, if sitting then start to walk. like wise do the opposite of what u would do. and then start from 1 to 10 and 10 to 1. and then go and wash your face. and if still feeling angry, straight away go to the room and take a short nap and then your done. specially during the process dont talk a single word with anyone, except that friend to whom you are transparent. if staying in the same environment is a problem, call ur friend and go out and have some entertainment.
