I have a friend who is short tempered. what you need is a good friend to whom you can talk to most of the time, some one to whom you can be very transparent.

And for your anger management, usually if you getting anger while walking, quickly sit down on a chair, if sitting then start to walk. like wise do the opposite of what u would do. and then start from 1 to 10 and 10 to 1. and then go and wash your face. and if still feeling angry, straight away go to the room and take a short nap and then your done. specially during the process dont talk a single word with anyone, except that friend to whom you are transparent. if staying in the same environment is a problem, call ur friend and go out and have some entertainment.

අනේ මන්ද බන්...උබට තරහ යන එක ඉතින් උබම තමා පාලනය කර ගන්ට ඕනේ...තරහා යන වෙලාවට 10 ඉදන් 1 ට ගණන් කරපන්...මාත් තරහ ගියපුහම එහෙම තමා කරන්නේ...
