මචන් උඹ කෑම කොහොමද කොන්ට්‍රොල් කලේ ? ඒ කිව්වේ දවසට වේල් කීයක් වගේද ගත්තේ.. රෑ කෑම ස්කිප් කරාද ? කෑම වර්ග මොනවද එකතු කරගත්තේ..?

තෙල් කෑම ගැන මොකද අදහස ?
තෙල් කිව්වේ හොඳ තෙල් මචන්. ඇට, අලිගැට පේර වගේ පලතුරු, මාළු තෙල් වගේ ඒවා. හොඳට palm oil දාල හදන rice හෙම නෙමේ හොඳේ
