MB - Gigabyte GA-H61-S2P -8000
Proc: Intel Core i3 3220 : 8500
Hard DiscToshiba 500GB 7200RPM SATA 3.0 : 9500
Ram: Corsair 4GB XMS3 1600 Mhz CL9 DDR3 stick - 4500

altogether : 30500
spend some 5000 for the casing , power supply and the mouse KB

which leaves you more than 15k for a monitor which is more than enough

you can buy two computers for that price

False information. ASRock's quality is same as Gigabyte and Asus. Gigabyte and Asus products are expensive not because they are better, because they charge you a premium for the brand name. I've been using the ASRock Z68 Extreme4 board for 1.5 years without any problem. (Of course every product comes with BIOS issues at first, even ASUS etc., but ASRock has fixed every problem with subsequent bios updates.)
