Yes all carbs will turn to suger at the end. But it is a slow process. But carbs from rice vegies will slow that process. Which will prevent insulin spikes.

සීනි කොහොමත් වැඩිය කන එක හොදම නැහැ
එවගේම තමයි පුළුවන් නම් උණු වතුර බොන්න පුරුදු වෙන්න දවසට ලීටර් 1.5 වත් අඩුගානේ

එවගේම තමයි හාෆ් ප්ලේට් වගේ කන්සෙප්ට් එකක් ෆලෝ කරන්න ශේප් එක තියාගන්න නම්
