වර්ග අඩි 4000ක් තුල මිලියන 10ක පමන ලීබඩු දාන්න ඉඩ තියෙනවා. .


දැන් මම ගොඩනැගිල්ල හැදුවම මට ලීබඩු ගන්න මුදලක් ඉතිරි වෙන්නේ නෑ. . මට සම්පූර්න කරන ලද ගොඩනැගිල්ල, මගේ දැනුම සහ ශ්‍රමය යොදවන්න පුලුවන්. . අවම ලීබඩු දාන්න ලක්ශ 50ක මුදලක් අවශ්ය වෙනවා. . එම මුදල යොදවන්න පුලුවන් කෙනෙක්ව අවශ්ය වෙලා තියෙනවා. . මාසිකව ලැබෙන ශුද්ද ලාබයෙන් 50% ආයෝජකයට ලබාදෙන්න පුලුවන්. .

මේ සදහා උනන්දු කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් කියන්න. .

Do please tell me...

you currently have a space of 1200 sqft with an investment of 5 lacks...you need to move into a place with 4000 sqft.. but require 12 million for it... which you are going to fun 2.5 million from a bank loan... then you are asking for a capital infusion of 5 million from an investor..

* so where's the balance 4.5 million is coming from?
* if the balance is also coming from you, that means your total investment is 7 million, in which 50% profit split to an investor with 5 million doesn't make sense to me.
* and you plan to display 10 million worth of furniture... which even if you manufacture/buy at a 40% margin means you have a in-hand stock expenditure of nearly 6 million.
*then you say the total stock will be owned by the investor with a 5 million infusion, yet you claim you will stock around 10 million worth.

Bro... by the rough looks of it, you already "should" have in your hand or asset value of atleast 2.5 bank loan + 4.5 your investment + 6 in stock + 5 on future balance stock = 18 million floating around.

I dont like your numbers bro ! There's something that doesnt make proper investor sense to me.

Make proper sense with your numbers and I will consider.
