Pond of water in front of my house
My family and I recently moved to a new place because a LTTE supporting tamil pastor of a pentecostal church forced us to leave our old house (trust me... the Moratuwa pol*ce is a total screw up) and plus everyone is scared to do anything now as they have aid money to bribe... oh well LTTE is winning in Moratuwa I guess
Anyway, from the day we came here water gets collected at the front of our gate. Its because there is a SLT (Sri Lanka Telecom) plate on the road. Its wrong to have placed such a plate in front of gate! because when the road gets carpeted... it tends to slide to-wards the empty space used for the plate causing this type of BIG pool of water.
Who should I report this problem too? It like impossible get out of own house without getting our feet wet in the smallest rain.
