මම මුලින්ම SLT MegaLine package ක ගත්තේ අප්‍රේල් මාසයේ. මෙම මාසයේ පළවෙනිදා වෙනකම් Download speed ක හොදටම තිබුණා. (Web Starter package.) මේ Package ට 4MB Download speed ක් තිබුණා. ඒත් මේ මාසයේ පළවෙනිදා ඉදාලා Download speed එක 2MB වඩා අඩුයි.

මම complain කළා. ඒ Complain ට කථා කරපු කෙනා කියනවා, මට 4MB ඹ්න නම් Web Family package ට මාරැ කරගන්නලු මගේ Package.(මම Heavy user ත් නොමෙයිලු) මොකද්ද මේ කියන දේ තේරැම ?

I wouldn't even complain if i have that download speed

මචන් මට ආසාවක් තියෙනවා ෆැමිලි පැකේජයට මාරු වෙන්න මම සාමාන්යයෙන් මාසෙට 14GB- වගේනේ පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ(කොහොමත් මේ අන් ලිමිට් එකේ ස්පීඩ් එකෙන් ඔච්චරමතමයි නේ බාන්න පුලුවන්) ඒකනිසා. පැකේජ් එක මාරුකරන්න ගියාම ඒකට එවලේ ගානක් ගෙවන්න ඕනද? මාරුවෙන්න දවස් 2-3ක් බලන්ඉන්න වෙනවද? ඒ දවස් 2-3 දී නෙට් පාවිච්චි කරන්නබැයිද?
මාරු උන කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් මට උදව්වක් දෙනවද?
