The mega charity fashion show of the year - Flamboyance 2011, whilst raising funds and awareness on the plight of the conditions faced by outpatients at the NCI (National Cancer Institute, Maharagama) and emphasizing the dire need to address the situation, will also showcase the talents of Sri Lanka’s budding designers and models. Whilst top, experienced models take to the ramp in budding designers’ outfits, established designers will show off their collections using fresh talent. The grand show was at Galadari on 30th of January 2011.
All proceeds will be utilized towards building a transit home for the NCI outpatients, giving them a healthy, comfortable and sterile environment in which to recover from their treatments.
