UK වලට student visa ගැන දැන ගන්න කැමති අයටයි මේ

හැබැයි මුලින්ම කියන්න ඕනේ දැනට UK වල තියන තත්වයේ හැටියට (part time job සොයා ගැනීමේ අපහසුතාවය වගේ) තමන්ගේ හිතවතෙක් නැත්නම් උදවු කරන්න කෙනෙක් ඒ රටේ නැත්නම් ඒ රටට යන ඒක ගැන දෙපාරක් හිතන්න කියලයි මම මුලින්ම කියන්නේ.

හරි දැන් අපි කාරණාවට බහිමු.

UK student visa හැදින්වෙන්නේ Tier 4 (General) visa කියලයි.

මේ visa එකෙත් ඔය පොඩි point system එකක් දාල පොඩි පොයි scene එකක් දාලයි තියෙන්නේ.

මේකේ විදියට ඔයාලට visa එක ලබා ගන්න නම් ඔයාලට points 40 ක තියෙන්න ඕනේ. මේ points 40 න් points 30 ක් ඔයාලගේ admission එකටත්, ඉතුරු points 10 ඔයාලගේ මූල්‍යමය හැකියාවටත් (financial sponsorship) ලබා දෙනවා.

මේ මම කියපු ඔයාලගේ Admission එක සදහා ලැබෙන පළමු points 40 ලබා ගන්න නම් ඔයාලා

අංක 1 - ඔයාලා තොරාගත් college or university එකෙන් offer letter එකට ඔයාලගේ සහතික පත්‍ර (G.C.E. O/L, G.C.E. A/L, Etc) ඉදිරිපත් කරලා offer letter එක ලබා ගන්න ඕනේ.

* 04.07.2011 සිට වලංගු වෙන අලුත් නීතියේ හැටියට ඔයාල IELTS ප්‍රතිපල ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමත් අනිවාර්යයි (දැන් ඉස්සර වගේ UK වලට IELTS නැතුව යන්න බෑ)
ඒ වගේම ඔයාල තෝරා ගන්න COLLEGE එක හෝ Uni එක UKBA (UK Boarder Agency) එකේ Highly Trusted ආයතනයක් නම් visa ලැබීමේ අවස්ථාව වැඩියි.

අංක 2 - ඔයාලගේ offer letter එකේ සදහන් course fee එක අදාල college or uni එකට ගෙවලා CAS (confirmation of acceptance for studies) කියන ලියවිල්ල ලබා ගැනීම.

visa ලබා ගන්න මේ ලියවිල්ලේ original document එකක් ඔයාලට අවශ්‍ය වෙන්නේ නෑ. college or uni එකෙන් e mail හරහා එවන ලිපිය මුද්‍රණය කරලා ඉදිරිපත් කරත් ප්‍රමාණවත්.

අංක 3 - visa සදහා ලංකාවේ පිහිටලා තියන VFS Lanka ආයතනයට ඔයාලගේ ලියකියවිලි file එක ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම (මේක කරන විදිය මම ඉදිරියේදී කියන්නම්)

දැන් ඔයාල දන්නවා පළමු ලකුණු 30 ලබා ගන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා. දැන් අපි බලමු මුල්‍යමය හැකියාව සදහා ලැබෙන ලකුණු 10 ලබා ගන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා.

මේ සදහා ඔයාලා පහත විදියට මුදල් පෙන්වීම සිදු කරන්න ඕනේ.

ඔයාලා තෝරාගත් college or uni එක London සීමාවට අයත් වෙනවා නම් £ 800 ගානේ මාස 9 ක් සදහා £ 7200 ක මුදලකුත්, London සීමාවෙන් පිට නම් £ 600 ගානේ මාස 9 ක කාලයකට £ 5400 ක මුදලකුත් පෙන්වීම අවශ්‍ය වෙනවා.

හැබැයි වාසිය තමයි මේ මුදල් ඔයාලට ලැබුන විදිය පෙන්වීමක් අවශ්‍ය නෑ. ඒ වගේම මාස ගණනක කාලයක් ඔයාලගේ ගිණුමේ මුදල් තිබුනා කියලා පෙන්වීමක් අවශ්‍යත් නෑ, දවස් 28 ක කාලයක් ඔයාලගේ බැංකු ගිණුමේ තිබුනා කියලා බැංකුවෙන් ලිපියක් විතරයි අවශ්‍ය.

හැබැයි අවධාරණයෙන් කියන්න ඕනේ ලියුම් දෙනවා කියලා සල්ලි ගෙවලා ලංකාවේම තියන බැංකුයි, මුල්‍ය ආයතන වලිනු ලියුම් ගෙන්න එපා. මොකද 04.07.2011 ඉදන් British High Commission එක මේ ගැන තදින්ම හොයල බලනවා.

හරි දැන් අවශ්‍ය තො‍රතුරු වල මුල්ම ටික දැන ගත්තානේ. මට තව ඉතුරුවෙලා තියෙන්නේ අපිඅ කොහොමද අපේ visa අයදුම්පත් VFS Lanka ආයතනයට භාර දෙන්නේ, කොහොමද අපි British High Commission එකත් එක්ක ගනු දෙනු කරන්නේ කියලා ඔයාලට කියලා දෙන්නයි. ඒ ටිකත් මම ඉක්මනින්ම ඉදිරිපත් කරන්නම්.

හැබැයි මේ සේරමත් එක්ක මම අර මුලින්ම කියලා තියන කාරණයත් අමතක කරන්න එපා කියලයි මම අවසානයටත් කියන්නේ.

1) Mehe part time jobs hoyana eka dan goduk amarui.
2)Issara wage neme Student Rules goduk strict. Always check the http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/
3)Make sure especially if its a college its recognized by the Uk Border agency

NEW RULES FROM 04 July 2011 (I Posted this in another Thread Few Weeks Back)

1) Significant changes to the Tier 4 student route of the points-based system have come into effect today.

2) We have revised the Immigration Rules relating to Tier 4 in order to:
restrict work entitlements, by only allowing students sponsored by higher education institutions (HEIs) and publicly funded further education colleges to work part-time during term time and full-time during vacations;

3) Restrict sponsorship of dependants to those of students sponsored by HEIs on postgraduate courses lasting 12 months or longer, and of government-sponsored students on courses lasting longer than 6 months;

4) Require institutions to confirm that courses represent genuine academic progression from any previous courses studied by the student in the UK; and
create a streamlined application process for low-risk nationals sponsored by Highly Trusted sponsors.

These changes are aimed at delivering a strong migration system which tackles immigration abuse while allowing genuine students to study at genuine colleges.
