Chennai, 21 November, (Asiantribune.com): Rani Wickremasinghe, Leader of the Opposition and the former Prime Minister of Sri Lanka was 'gheraoed' yesterday, when he returned after a merit making ceremony and a special pooja at the 'Pongu Saneeswarar' Temple in Thirukollikadu village in Tiruvarur district, located in Tamil Nadu.
He arrived from Chennai to Tiruchrapallai by a scheduled flight and later he went by road to the famous temple of Lord Saturn - one of the 'Navagrahas.'
