URU pethi kiyanne monawada eke side effects?? e wagema eke prathipala gana ehema lipiyak nadda??

Meka dakapu gaman oyala kiyai uru pethi nam epa kiyala, if the risk is bit low i would like to get that risk...

Anyway mata tikak e gana dana ganna kiyanna, use karapu aya innawada?

ඕක හදන්නේ ඌරගේ තෙල් වලින් , අතුරු ප්‍රතිපල තමයි දිගු කලක් එක දිගට පාවිච්චි කිරීමෙන් ඌරන්ගේ ගති ලක්ෂණ පෙන්නුම් කරනව..
ඇත්තටම මහත් වෙනව කියල කට්ටිය කියන්නේ ඒකට..

Prednisolone කියල drug එකක්..ඒක දෙන්නෙ ප්‍රදාහක ලක්ශන තියෙන රෝගීන්ට.. උදාහරනයක් විදිහට artheritis කියමුකො...
ඒත් ඒ drug එක කෝකටත් තෙලක් විදිහට පාවිච්චි කරනව සමහර දොස්තරල..මොකද, ඒකෙ තියෙන වලින් ඇඟේ රෝග ලක්ශන මතුකරන chemical mediators inhibit කරන හින්ද..ලෙඩේ ලක්ශන නැති වෙනව තාවකාලිකව...හැබයි ලෙඩේ වැඩිවෙවී තව තියෙන්න පුලුවන්..

මෙකට ඌරු පෙති කියන්නේ..මෙකෙ තියෙන සන්යෝග (corticosteroid and glucocorticoid ) නිසා කෑම රුචිය වැඩි වෙනව..

ඇඟේ ප්‍රෝටින් නිශ්පාදනය වැඩි වෙලා තර වෙනව..ඌරෙක් හදන්නෙ මස් ගන්නනෙ..ඉතින් තර ඌරෙක් හැදෙනව...

එත් අපි බිව්වොත් අපිත් තර වෙයි..මස් දාල ඇඟ හැදෙයි..ඒත් ඊට වැඩිය side effects තියෙනව..

කොල්ලන්ගෙ පියයුරු එන්න පුලුවන් (වහ කනව හොඳයි නේද?) Gynacomastiya
ලින්ගික හැඟීම් අඩු වෙනව decreased libido
දියවැඩියාව එන්න පුලුවන්...
තව හෙන ලිස්ට් එකක් තියෙනව..මෙතනින් යන්න..


අන්තිමටම මම කියන්නෙ ඔයාල බෙහෙත් ගන්න යද්දි මේ බේත දීල තිබ්බොත් දොස්තරගෙන් බය නැතුව අහන්න මොන හේතුවටද ,මේක දුන්නෙ කියල.. ok..
