Yep, it is being closed down today One of the oldest local news portals..........

It is pretty likely that people who are responsible for all the incidents that took place this week including the murder of Mr. Lasantha will soon step into Web media sources as well. So you literally have 2 options............

1. Take care of yourself before thinking about serving the community.
2. Publish only the news and content that government needs, true or false, doesn't matter as long as you live in a land like Sri Lanka........

this is not a very good situation for da country. robert mugabe also is doing da same thing in zimbabwe. suppressing da opposition. dictating da media etc etc etc. and u can c pretty well hw da country is now. i still wonder y these DUMB UNEDUCATED FOOLISH STUPID IDIOTIC sri lankan ppl dont understand this.

our brave soldiers of this country try hard and destroy the enemy and a hanful of politicians try to gain advantage of this situation by saying v shud sell petrol at 120 rupees to keep da war going on while they can spend 600 million for a useless project lyk mihin air and another 100+ million to buy luxary hotels!!
