It's with great displeasure that I have resorted to reporting this online to keep my unlimited adsl package from being throttled.
I have had an Xcite package for some time. I wasn't labled a high user when my useage meter showed 90 GB s last December 2011. March and April shows 60 and 40 GB s. In May SLT without even informing throttled and limited my account starting at 15GB s. I've been trying to get these officials at Havelock town to resolve this issue amicably without imposing a limit on my unlimited account. They are a stubborn bunch and won't return my calls. They wait for me to call and the only official who's dealing with disgruntled customers is in never ending conferences for the past 2 business days.

Any help in this regard is appreciated.

it's useless to contact and complain call centre. you have to talk to your regional manager and he will restore your account.
