i bought a Samsung s3 said to be "Original Samsung 2nd grade Vietnam made S3" for 55,000/= i know, i was so convinced that they told me the price is that low because it is not the 1st Generation S3 but the 2nd Generation version made in Vietnam with few Downgrades (Camera 5mega pixel and low phone memory etc.)
a week after, another guy from my office bought the same phone from my dealer and i found out that both, mine and his phone have the same IME Number (IME : 353719054738818/01).
i was fooled enough to get into the trap buying this mobile phone.. later on i found out Samsung doesn't have a product called 2nd grade Vietnam. when i dug in,
two weeks after my phone started giving craps (battery drops, not charging, Bad reception, Getting slow). so i even tried rooting it... guess what.. this phone coudn't get rooted because it was running on a cloned cheep chines operating system. not android
.. but it looked just like android.. with few changes like icons etc..."
I asked for a refund and they started arguing me saying that i should have find out more about the phone and they did say that it was not the original but the a 2nd generation mobile phone
.. but they did told me it was from original samsung company at the time of the sale. anyhow i managed tu get the refund 
so at the end i was lucky tu be survived
If u are buying a Samsung Galaxy SIII and you want tu buy it cheep becareful form guys like this because it your be you!!!
and if you already baught a s3 for price, check the above IME in your phone.. makesure yours is not the same.. good luck!!!
